You still have text based distractions but i d bet those wouldn t keep people attached to their phone as much. The screen could be a tiny e ink screen that can only display phone numbers although if you really wanted to you could have a bigger screen to have more options like receiving sms and could use the wheel like the click wheel on old ipods.
