Kitchenaid Ice Dispenser Door Flap Not Opening

Unpluggin fridge waited close to a minute worked one time but not the next as soon as plugged it in flap begins cycling.

If your model has the icemaker located on the same door with the ice and water dispenser check the ice dispenser. If the dispenser door motor is defective the dispenser door won t open.
