Run the dishwasher and look under the machine for water leaks at the hose clamps or along the hose. First tried replacing the seal around the door as that was the simple and most logical fix. The gasket will eventually get brittle or damaged. All it takes is a small part of it to get damaged to compromise the whole seal.
